The Vose Farm Road Brookstone Business Center in Peterborough is now home to War Room Athletics, a gym focusing on personal training and fitness education. Located in Suite 200, War Room is the business center’s newest tenant, taking up 2,000 square feet.
The new addition brings vacancy at the business center below 25 percent, according to Chub Whitten of Juniper Development Group, the real estate company that owns 272,000 square feet of space, including 9 Vose Farm Road.
